Moon Willow Press is a small, independent publisher of fictional novels, poetry chapbooks, and non-fiction paper titles, and is accepting manuscripts for 2011 titles. The non-fiction side of the press will focus on publications for the general public as well as scientific and academic communities. These publications will relate environmental issues, including climate change, species extinctions and endangerment, world agricultural dynamics, sustainable development and energy, ecosystem changes, invasive species and disease, new areas of research, exploration and discovery, and preservation of natural resources. Moon Willow Press follows the Green Press Initiative model. To save paper, Moon Willow Press will use short-run print services and offer e-book alternatives, and will print only with FSC-certified and recycled fibers.
